BodyICE - Ice and Heat Packs for breasts

Each BodyICE Woman breast pad has been designed to fit comfortably inside your bra and around your nipples. The simple design can be placed inside your bra, working as either an ice pack or heat pack that fits comfortably over your breasts.

Uses for our Hot & Cold Breast Pads:

Provide relief from soreness associated with a number of breast-related ailments. These include breast surgery, breast feeding, blocked milk ducts, engorgement and general soreness.

Perfect for the nursing mother. The breast pads are cleverly designed to conform around your breast pump and when heated, can help ease the flow of milk and blocked milk ducts.

Each breast pack from BodyICE Woman® contains:
2 x gel bead breast packs (for hot or cold use)
2 x washable breast sleeves

Instructions for Use:

Heat or cool the BodyICE Woman®  range as per the following instructions.

Cold Therapy: Place in freezer without disposable sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved. Once your ice pack begins losing temperature, repeat this process until the desired level of cooling is achieved.

Heat Therapy: Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.

Cleaning: Wash your breast pack with warm soapy water. You can also hand wash your breast pack sleeves and air dry for continued use.
