‘No hassle’ returns within 14 days of receipt of goods
Buzzi’n Moo guarantee a ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy. We fully understand that when buying products for little ones that sometimes items are unsuitable. Of course, you may return the items bought online provided it is within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit note.
Please choose carefully as there are NO refunds on sale items - however you may exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Any postal charges incurred will not be refunded or credited.
What to do if you prefer a refund
Provided you have purchased a full-priced item, please contact the team via email at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. In your email provide us with the details of the item/s purchased and the reason you wish to return or exchange it. We will happily replace the item for you if we have another in stock or refund the purchase price.
For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). If you choose, we will hold a credit against your membership for future purchases. Once you have received a reply email from us for your refund please return all items in original condition to:
All shipping costs for the returns [excluding faulty garments] are at the buyer’s expense.
Buzzi’n Moo ask that the item/s are to be returned in their original condition, unworn, all labels/tags attached and packaging intact and that you take care to protect the item/s when returning by post.
Buzzi’n Moo reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in brand new condition. If concerned, please return goods by registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
What to do if you wish to exchange item/s
If you would like to exchange an item please contact Buzzi’n Moo as soon as possible after purchase and within 14 days either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (02) 6962 7778 in order to secure the product requested and availability.
Buzzi’n Moo reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item isn’t returned in brand new condition. If concerned, please return goods by registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
What to do if the product is faulty?
Buzzi’n Moo takes great care when packaging item/s purchased. Your package will be treated with love and care to ensure you never receive a faulty/damaged product. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged product please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 026962 7778. If available, Buzzi’n Moo can arrange an exchange or refund.

However, we understand that sometimes items will be returned and we will work really hard to ensure returns/exchanges are processed as quickly as possible for your convenience.
